AIDO holds a meeting with African Diplomats

AIDO was today granted a special meeting with the African High Commissioners in the Republic of Ireland.

The reason for this meeting was to introduce Aido’s purpose and mission to the African Diplomats.

The discussion covered the African Union Agenda 2063 , specifically about the role of culture for a united and prosperous Africa.

Aido was represented by Her Highness Grace Eganda and HRH Princess Pamela Toyin Ogunwusu, Aido Ambassador .

In attendance were the African High Commissioners to the Republic of Ireland.
The African Diplomats embraced Aido’s mission and agreed to support our work in promoting the African pride and cultural heritage.

The African Ambassadors also noted that Aido was not represented in the North African countries such as Morroco, Libya, Tunisia, Egypt and Algeria, and they volunteered to support this transition.

Aido in partnership with Echoes International and The Royal African Company, supported by the African diplomatic missions will celebrate ‘Africa day ‘ to mark the African Union Agenda 2063 , on
Tuesday, 1st June from 4.00PM, UK Time

Over eight African Embassies in the Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom will participate in this event.

His Royal Majesty King Bhungane III of Embo Kingdom will deliver the Keynote address.
