AIDO programme fee (GBP): £500.00
This fee includes:
-Airport pick-up and drop-off
-Karibu Welcome Cultural Experience Evening
-Conference admission (including lunch)
-Pan-African Royal Banquet/Gala Dinner
-Tourism Day activities
-Africa Day coach transfers and logistics
Please note: Dinner is not included on:

Participants should make their own dining arrangements on these evenings.
Tour of Duty – Soroti (26-31 May 2026)
-Single Person Package for 6 days: £1,525.00
-Twin / Double People Package(per person) for 6 days: £1,400.00
The Journey of reconnection Includes:
-Overnight stay in Jinja at the source of the Nile.
-3 nights in Soroti.
-2 nights in Kampala on return.
-Daily breakfast throughout.
-Visit to the Source of the Nile and boat trip.
-Community Hospitality Event in Busia.
-Community development projects in Soroti / Serere.
-Enstoolment Ceremony/Royal reception.
-Farewell Dinner in Kampala on the 31 May.
-All ground transport for the tour and airport drop offs.
-Security arrangements.

30 & 31 of May (upon return to Kampala)
