Activation & logistics

• You’ll be asked to select your flagship event for the included exhibition space (first-come, first-served by capacity).

• Speaking requests should be submitted 8+ weeks pre-event with topic, speaker bio, and desired outcomes.

• Membership term: 12 months from purchase; benefits apply to the named organisation.

• Event elements (exhibit, speaking, logo placement) are subject to capacity, editorial standards, and production timelines.

• Cultural honours/recognitions are not guaranteed; any participation with traditional leaders follows AIDO protocol.

• This is a philanthropic membership supporting AIDO’s mission; fees are non-refundable. Event tickets follow their own T&Cs.
