Prior to that Melvyn worked for the Boston Consulting Group, where he was their first associate in Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as for Goldman Sachs in the UK.

Melvyn has been recognised as a thought leader on technology innovation & entrepreneurship both locally and abroad, including being named by Forbes on their most recent 30 under 30 list.

He holds an undergraduate degree in Actuarial Science and Statistics from the University of Cape Town as well as postgraduate degrees from Oxford University where he was a Rhodes Scholar

  • I am a Researcher and have been involved in a number of researches mainly as a field leader Researcher and Personal Assistant to the Lead Researcher.
  • Am also Rotarian with many years of experience serving communities.
